Shipping info & Delivery rates

We will make every effort to receive your order as soon as possible. Your order will be prepared with full attention and utmost care within 2-3 working days and for certain codes within 5-7 working days. Upon confirmation of your order payment and following the receipt of the relevant information email with your shipping code, you will receive your order as follows:

Greece & Cyprus: Calculation of transport costs based on the volume and weight of the products (1-2 working days – 3 working days for inaccessible areas)
Europe: 20-30 EUR (3-4 working days)
U.S.A, Canada, Mexico: 25-35 EUR (4-5 working days)
Rest of Countries: 35-55 EUR (5-7 working days).

All domestic shipments (within Greece) are made through GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI, unless you request another courier company, after contacting us. All international shipments (outside Greece) are made through DHL. For all domestic and international shipments, there is a possibility of insuring your parcel with an extra charge per parcel, depending on its value and place of delivery. This cost is covered exclusively by the customer. Please check carefully the customs taxes and duties applicable to your country.

Order Delay

Delayed delivery of your order may happen for the following reasons: Delayed shipment of the product from our supplier. To offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers, either domestic or international. However, in some cases, the order may be delayed at customs or in transit, therefore we do not have it at the estimated time in our warehouses. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you wish to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative. In the first case, we will send you the item immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.. Εxtreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order. Impossibility to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (in case a problem occurs with your order, related to the product or to the payment) because e.g. your personal information has not properly updated. In any case, the delay does not exceed thirty days from the order confirmation.
